1. What is AI-driven student performance analytics?

Ans: Artificial Intelligence is a technology that provides insights and analytics on student performance by analyzing multiple data points. It is not limited to grades or scores; engagement with the content, attendance, and behaviour determine the outcome.

2. How does AI help in improving learning outcomes?

Ans: AI will assist educators in identifying each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning gaps. It provides customized learning recommendations, immediate feedback to students, and alerts educators to potential future academic challenges.

3. Can AI predict which students may struggle academically?

Ans: Yes. AI enables educators to predict which students are likely to struggle academically. These models not just analyse past data but also data about how students are currently engaging with content. AI can identify at-risk students before they fail, allowing educators to provide support before a student falls too far behind.

4. Does AI replace teachers in education?

Ans: Not at all. On the contrary, AI will serve as an assistant to teachers, taking over time-consuming tasks such as data analysis, drawing insights, and participating in decision-making. The presence of teachers is still necessary for providing guidance, allowing students to express their feelings, and creating lasting learning moments.

5. Is AI-based performance analytics suitable for all education levels?

Ans: Without a doubt. It is very common to apply the technique from K–12 education to universities, online instruction, and also to business education to make learning more effective and fruitful.
